The Chalk & Cheese is situated at the heart of Dorset in the large village of Maiden Newton. Once was a failing pub, it has been turned around in out management. This was the first pub that Elise Hospitality took on!

With a fantastic drink range and quality food offerings, its a brilliant place to visit.

Live music, quizzes and theme nights all take place here and we've turned it into the locals local. 

The pub also comprises of two fantastic gardens and skittle alley. 

Our function room is available for smaller gatherings, but on a day to day basis it has a skittle alley, dart board, TV and pool table which is a fantastic community space.
